These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms and conditions under which MindLift provides personal development coaching services in areas of well-being, self-confidence, and mental support.

These services have no medical or psychotherapeutic purpose. They are focused on well-being and personal development. The coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric follow-up.

Access to sessions is only available by appointment and after confirmation of coach availability.
The client agrees to:
Payment is required in advance of each individual session or upon booking a full coaching program.
MindLift accepts payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, Stripe, or other digital payment methods.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered late and the session will be fully due and non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no show") will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours notice.
Any session canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be considered due and non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (assessed case by case by MindLift).
MindLift is committed to providing professional coaching in a confidential, respectful and supportive environment.
However, MindLift cannot guarantee specific results. The client remains responsible for their own progress and decisions.
Personal information collected is used exclusively for client follow-up.
No data will be shared, sold or used for commercial purposes without the client's consent.
In accordance with GDPR, clients may request access, modification or deletion of their data at any time.
These terms are governed by British law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will always be sought first.
Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

StopCall is a subscription-based service designed to help you block unwanted or spam phone calls. We do not use an app or software installed on your phone. Instead, we provide human-managed filtering, blacklist registration, and optional custom interventions to reduce or eliminate telemarketing calls.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the phone number registered with our service.
Our service is billed on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis depending on the plan you select. Pricing details are communicated directly via our social media channels and confirmed prior to payment.
All payments are processed via secure payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer). Once payment is received, your subscription will be activated manually within 24 hours.
Activation may require user cooperation (e.g., listing your number with do-not-call registries, or authorizing third-party blocking services). We will guide you through the process if needed. The service starts once the first interventions are completed on your behalf.
StopCall will make every reasonable effort to reduce unwanted calls but does not guarantee the total elimination of all spam or telemarketing attempts. Some calls may bypass existing filters due to the evolving nature of call technology.
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes. You also agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (including phone number) necessary for the delivery of the service.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your phone number and any personal information are used strictly to provide the StopCall service and are treated with strict confidentiality.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team through the platform where you signed up. Service will continue until the end of the billing period unless otherwise specified.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available upon request. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
